Nobody ever said it was hard. It's not as he's bullet-proof.

Well, if there are enough gunmen and they all use shotguns, then no amount
of agility will help Spidey dodge the bullets.

Or a barrage of densely packed high-powered lasers. Hell, there have
been plenty of times that he's been immobilized and the only thing
that keeps his opponents from killing him on the spot is their own
hubris or the intervention of other people. Pete's been pretty lucky
over the years.

Practically every Marvel hero could be killed by a normal human with
firearms. Remember when Cyclops was shot point-blank by Punisher in an
"What If" story?

Remember the Claremont story where Professor X got mugged and left for dead?

Remember when Kitty Pryde tripped and broke her nose? (Okay, I just made
that up.)

That's one problem with trying to make this genre more realistic.
Superheroes are not realistic and one of the conventions of the
superhero story is that they don't get killed like normal humans. So
when a sniper easily takes out some hero, it is just bad story telling
and necessitates stupid resurrections.

That's why I hate Bendis style of storytelling with all the pseudo
real-world conspiracy theories. Nobody has ever asked for realism in
comics.

Quite often the publisher doesn't get it and think that what they are doing
is clever. For example, why'd Captain America wear fish scales around his
chest only? If scales provide good protection, he'd wear it over his entire
body. Why all male characters in Marvel Universe shave their armpits,
including Wolverine? And if realism is what they are going for, how come
men do not have nipples in Joe Q-Verse?

How many men are "enough"?
How do you get him to stand in the right spot?

Reminds me of that old story about belling the cat!

If you provide me with how much space he can cover in one second, I could
tell you exactly how many men with shotguns you'd need so that Spider-Man
cannot get out of the range fast enough.

You could also put glue the floor so he can't jump out of the way.

I refuse to aid and abet murder!

He would sense it and avoid it.

He's been knocked unconscious and/or captured many times, so he's not for all intents and purposes bulletproof.
