  My proposal is to retcon the Shi&#39;Ar Government. &lt;br&gt; (Q.) Among the Shi&#39;Ar, how are individual liberties protected in a &lt;br&gt; multi-species, multi-planet Empire? &lt;br&gt; (A.) Emperor Mucketty Muck VIII realized that centtralized authority &lt;br&gt; would result in autocrats as Emperor/Empress. Since the Empire had no &lt;br&gt; legislature and no elections, what was the alternate to autocracy?

  There was some really lame stuff like Team America, Shogun Warriors, It, &lt;br&gt; Crystar, I have never liked the Eternals so I throw them in too, Devil &lt;br&gt; Dinosaur really really stunk! I didn&#39;t lke Rom for a long time. When he &lt;br&gt; started interacting in the Marvel Universe he got a lot better. I&#39;m not &lt;br&gt; sure, but I think Human Fly was cancelled because the real life guy

  Look at the, ahem, ... reaction ... by the fans at the time and that had &lt;br&gt; been suggested as being preferrable to the story that got published.
