I haven't read Daredevil in quite some time. It, along with several
other Marvel titles, seemed to have become more of a soap opera and
less of a superhero action book. Too much focus, at the time, on
Kingpin and how he was defeating Matt by manipulating his finances and
repution. So I really don't know what the business arrangement is
with Foggy and Matt at the time. And there have been some changes in
the nature of thier practice during the time I did read the series.
But....
As I recall from issue #1 of the series it was Foggy who set up the
practice and invited Matt to be his partner. So it was pretty much
Foggy's money though I suppose that Matt has had ample opportunity to
buy in as a full partner over the years. But perhaps Foggy was a
better businessman and insisted on keeping 51% of the voting stock.
So, anyone want to tell me if Matt has actually faced action-based
villains lately or does he just do the Daredevil thing to swing from
his apartment to the office?

Daredevil/Matt runs The Hand now and is going through a ridiculously
convoluted scheme including fake killing his alcoholic sensei to destroy The
Hand from the inside. Matt hasn't been in a courtroom (except when he's
being tried for something he or Daredevil did) in years if not decades.
Matt's about as close to being an attorney these days as Dr Strange is to
being a magician in a readable comic book.

Matt has quit and returned so many times over the years that he's
probably not a full partner...that said, I really hope this Hand
storyline doesn't go on too long because I really would like to see
the lawyer aspect return to the character and book...it's essentially
been gone since Bendis took over the book about 100 issues ago.
And yet he manages to keep a roof over his head and food in his belly?

I think being the head of a ninja assassin clan would be more profitable
than being a lawyer with socially liberal/pro-bono tendencies.
I could be wrong though.
I heard Frank Miller was going to do another Daredevil run, but this time
Matt and Foggy have a secretly gay "down-low" relationship.

I piss down your throat.
Open wide for Chunky!!!
I'm not a huge fan of super hero's. I think there all gay because they
wear those skin tight latex costumes. So finding out some are gay
wouldn't surprise me.
X-Men is kinda cool. because some/most characters wear baggy costumes.
that aren't skin latex gay looking tight.
i'm sorry like don't like seeing a guys tight ass or package.
that's why I hate sports shows. the best part about football is seeing
the cheerleaders but the gay fans don't like e'm on TV that's why they
only appear on TV at super bowl.
granted i'd only watch sports if there were women in panties & bras
running up & down on the basketball/baseball,football/hockey/ court.
at the very least tennis has the hott williams black sisters with
there short-short skirts & thick curves.
Better gay that illiterate.
