TOTLEBEN (Swamp Thing)
Howdy all -- here are some pieces from my collection of original
comic book art that I'm making available. There are a few folks
I owe money to, and I'm sure they'd like it if I paid them in
cash instead of artwork, so please feel free to buy something
from this list! Anyhow, there is a selction of artwork available
from artists like: Mark Bagley, John Byrne, Mike Grell, Jerry
Ordway, George Perez, Chris Sprouse, Barry Windsor-Smith, and
others. Most prices are negotiable. Transactional terms are
at the end of the list. The format for listings is artist - item:
description and asking price. Any dimensions given are in inches.
Trades considered; artists I'm most interested in are Barry
Smith, George Perez, P. Craig Russell, Jim Steranko, Jack Kirby,
Brian Bolland, Arthur Adams, and Jim Lee. Some pieces available

New stuff just made available:
Travis Charest - WildCATS #18 p.16
A great page featuring Zealot, Grifter, Warblade, and Emp.
You'd be hard pressed to find a nice Charest page available,
and probably not one nicer than this one! Excellent work from
this distinctive and stylish artist. $400.
Steve Dillon - Preacher #1 pages 5, 6, 7
From the hottest new comic series out today, here are original
pages from issue #1! Excellent pages in sequence showing the
Jesse, the Preacher, in action among his flock (in a bar o'course).
$200 each or all three for $450.
John Totleben - Swamp Thing #162 cover
John Totleben is probably best known for his beautiful and
extremely detailed work on Swamp Thing. After a long absence
from regular comics work, he contributed a series of covers
to Swamp Thing. This particular one is one of the nicest
of the bunch. It's rare to find an example of John's work
available, much less a nice cover starring Swamp Thing. $575.

Mark Bagley - Robocop sketch
Robocop sketch in black and grey ink. 11x14. $15.
John Byrne - Marvel Comics Presents #47 cover
Features Wolverine ripping up the cover as Captain America and two
other heroes jump through the tears. An excellent portrayal of
Wolverine and an incredible Captain America. Make an offer, or let's
trade.
Alan Davis - Batman pinup
Batman and Joe Chill stand vigil over the graves of Thomas and Martha
Wayne. This is an unpublished promo or pinup for the Batman Year Two
TPB. $400.
Mike Grell - Warlord #2 pp.2/3
This was the first of Grell's trademark double page spreads; features
Warlord fighting mountain lions. Ink and watercolor on one uncut sheet
of bristol board. $450.
Jackson Guice - 2000 AD #30 cover
Three figures -- one a typically lovely Guice female. $50.
Jackson Guice - Deathlok #8 cover
Deathlok fights for his life against a big robot. $135.
Matt Haley - Brigade #2 p.1 of backup story
Splash page of a sexy Thermal. Features uncredited pencils by Jason
Pearson. $75.
Rafael Kayanan - Savage Sword of Conan #211 p.6
From the sequel to Red Nails. The best Conan since Barry Smith!
Unbelieveably lush forest background. $150.
Rafael Kayanan - Savage Sword of Conan #213 p.22
Another page from the sequel to Red Nails featuring a totally blood
drenched Conan. $150.
Jae Lee - Namor #35 p.15
A nice full splash page of Tamara. Compared to the prices on Jae's
work I've seen lately, this is a steal. $175.
Rob Liefeld - New Mutants #87 p.6
This page is the very first appearance of Cable! Rob even said so!

Shelly Moldoff - Hawkman color illo
Here's a classic version of Hawkman by Shelly! Distinctively Moldoff
and very colorful. 11x14. $60.
Jerry Ordway - Adventures of Superman #434 p.29
Great panel of Superman flying through Metropolis. $95.
George Perez - Breakthru #1 cover
In typical Perez fashion, a crowd of superfolks are about to do battle
with each other. Counting the number of superheroes on this cover is
like counting ants in an ant farm... $400.
George Perez - New Teen Titans v.2 #22 cover
George shows off his brilliant flair for design by patterning this
cover as a big T. Plus there's three great scenes featuring Raven,
Cyborg, Changeling, and Starfire. This is classic Perez. Make an

George Perez - Ultraforce #2 cover
A beautiful white cover showing off George's skill in illustrating
team books. Each character has his or her own body language reflecting
their personalities. $275.
George Perez - Ultraforce #8 cover
This is the BLACK KNIGHT cover! Features the Black Knight from
the Avengers, so this is actually more of an Avengers cover than
an Ultraforce cover. This cover is awesome. Don't want to sell
it, but it's yours for... $650.
Joe Phillips - Archangel painting
This beautiful painting was from the Marvel Masterpieces II set of
cards. It comes already framed and matted. $595.
Chris Sprouse - "Golden Age" Die Hard card art
A great pinup of Youngblood's counterpart to the Avengers' Captain
America -- Die Hard! Die Hard's standing there with his shield and a
circle of stars behind him. Image area is 9.25x13 on standard 11x17
bristol. $45.
Brian Stelfreeze - Storm color illo
Ink and watercolor pinup of Storm of the X-Men in a leather jacket and
sexy bikini-like suit up among the clouds. 11x17. $500.
Larry Stroman - Stryfe's Strike File p.21
Moira MacTaggart pinup. Lush inks by Mark Farmer. $150.
Barry Windsor-Smith - Archer & Armstrong #2 p.8
Features a great horizontal panel with a big full figure X-O Manowar.
Good shots of Archer & Armstrong and a dinosaur too! $300.
Barry Windsor-Smith - X-O Manowar #1 p.24
A 2/3rds page splash featuring X-O rising from the flames. This is by
far the absolute best page in this historic first issue. $850.
