Ham Fisher JOE PALOOKA Sunday Page - Early!
Created by Ham Fisher, JOE PALOOKA debuted in 1930 and became one of
the most successful comic strips of all time. This Sunday strip is
dated July 31, but there is no year noted. From the looks of the
artwork, I would guess it is pre-war and somewhere from late 1930s to
very early 40s., Joe's manager, Knobby Walsh, is telling Joe how
depressed he is and Joe suggests he see one of them psychiatrists.
