===============

McCraw plans to attend the NY Comic Expo on Saturday. (ED - I'm
not sure of the exact dates.)

There are still no Legion annuals scheduled for 1997.

Jeff Moy pencilled LSH #89 which has been scheduled for December.

Jeff confessed that both he and Phil are the evil twin.

There are no plans to pair Spark and Ferro, but anything is
possible.

Tom had to consult Jeff regarding how to color some of the
characters in the two page spread in L* #43.

The Legion titles need to increase in sales before they will
receive a new ongoing series.

Stuart's favorite Legionnaire is Brainiac 5.

Tom claimed that the 20th century Legionnaires change their
clothes on laundry day.

Leviathan didn't hate Star Boy. Leviathan just didn't care for
the way that Star Boy played around with the order of LSH
business. Leviathan's guilty feelings about Kid Quantum factored
into his relationship with Star Boy, too.

When asked if Dirk Morgna would adopt the codename Sun Boy or
Inferno, Tom pointed out that Dirk didn't have any powers right
now.

We will be able to tell where the SHOWCASE '96 #11 & #12 stories
fit into continuity after LSH #87.

The Dox curse described in the final issue of R.E.B.E.L.S. is
alluded to in the SHOWCASE '96 #11 & #12 stories.

Tom indicated that we're not sure who Brainiac 5's grandparents
are, or even if he has any. He pointed out that the Coluans said
they reactivated the Brainiac program in LSH #77, but they never
said how.

There are several mini-series in development right now, including
INFERNO written and pencilled by Stuart Immonen. Wade Von
Grawbadger will ink the mini, and Tom McCraw will color it.
Covers will be by Stuart and Wade.

Stuart chose Inferno over some of the better known Legion
characters because she is a blank slate that he can develop.

INFERNO will be released in late 1997 or later.

Stuart was not sure if the INFERNO mini-series would be the first
Legion series or not. He thought that KC Carlson might lead off
with mini-series about the more established Legion characters.

Stuart hasn't finished the plot outline for the INFERNO's first
issue yet. The entire four issues will be set in a mall. The
Legionnaires will only appear marginally, as the mini will focus
on Inferno.

Inferno will be receiving a costume change during her mini-
series. Jeff designed her current look.

Inferno is not a Legionnaire right now, she is still a hanger-on.

Inferno's real name will be part of the mini-series. Tom and Tom
Peyer had a real name picked out for Inferno, but Stuart may wish
to use a different name in the mini-series.

Tom has been asked to color the upcoming INFERNO mini-series. He
indicated that he would give advice about the character to Stuart
if requested.

Tom notes that Stuart already knows how inquisitive Legion fans
can be.

"Did you ever wonder how, when a new monster appears in Japan,
the people immediately know it's name? . . . They have a list
like with hurricanes. A new monster gets the next name on the
list. The giant turtle appears and everybody goes, 'Ohhh,
Gamera the Invincible!'"
