There is eBay. I have seen some McKean items over the years (all out of
my budget).

Allen Spiegel Fine Arts at http://www.allenspiegelfinearts.com/ is the
official agent for Dave McKean.

Dreamhaven Books not only sell a lot of Neil Gaiman stuff, but they also
carry some McKean items every now and then.

Or you could ask Neil Gaiman.
