What do you think of the idea of a Peter Parker or any other Marvel
characters that was born in the Dc Universe and a Clark Kent and any
other Dc character that was born in Marvel Universe? In other words
create a Marvel an Dc counterpart to each character!

Time to be evil!!

It's been done. The Squadron Supreme (Marvel's version of the JLA) and I
can't remember the name of the DC version of the Avengers.

Well, we've got the Eternals filling in for Superman in Marvel. There's
also Hyperion, though he's not specifically from the MU. That said, if
Clark Kent were born in the Marvel Universe, he'd just be an ordinary
guy since Marvel doesn't have a Krypton.

There could be a Peter Parker on DC Earth, but "Clark Kent" would haev had
to be born on Marvel Krypton (and who's to say there isn't one?)

Their journalists tend to show up at each other's events. So you
get Clark Kent covering Avengers fights in New York, and Peter
Parker taking photos of the JLA. Sometimes. Usually unnamed,
or first names only, but you can tell it's them. And Marvel as well
as DC heroes occasionally get mistaken for Superman by
simpler-minded members of the public.

Also, some Marvel characters, including John Byrne's She-Hulk,
own Lexcorp household electrical goods, evidently made by Lex
Luthor's company.

John Byrne himself has turned up in comics for more than one
company, as have other creators - either by their own hands or by
friends and... not-quite-friends. For instance, Erik Larsen's
Savage Dragon has fought an unflattering Tuckerisation of Byrne,
but then the Dragon's fought unflattering alternate versions of
/lots/ of people. I think the Silver Surfer is actually suing...
