Let's see how many ecology comic books we can name!

To start off the list:

All I can add to that is "Superman for Earth" (DC) and "Captain Planet and the
Planeteers" (Marvel).

This is probably not what you mean, but the Marvel UK title KNIGHTS OF THE
PENDRAGON had a very strong earth-friendly message. It was very much about
the rape of the environment by humanity. Just thought I'd toss that in since
it was such a sweet series. I can't think of any other titles specifically
about the environment apart from what's already been mentioned.

Though not to the same degree, John Byrne's NAMOR also bordered on the
ecologist angle.

Don't forget Captain Canyon. These curious eco-books are available at
Grand Canyon. C.C. himself looks like a typical outdoorsy superhero,
but he has a few sidekicks, including one who looks like a short but
muscular grinning dinosaur boy.
