Just as a quick meta-note: I have no problem approving posts with small
graphics, and don't think they're any particular issue given how generally
low-volume this group is, but they may well run afoul of anti-binary
filters on other news servers. That means that only some people may see
them and they may disappear without a trace for other people.
You'll get more reliable distribution of the post by including a link
instead of attaching the image directly.

Yeah well, now I know better.
NEWS! Just got and approved the proof copy of the book for wide
distribution today. So it should be available on Amazon, Barnes&Noble,
and at your local bookstore in one to two weeks. I'll let you know. :)
