Well, "Heroes" is pretty generic too, but it seems to work for that TV
series. And I seem to have the best claim to the copyright for the
term "Superhuman World 2009".
Still, I'm open for suggestions on the series name. Before 2007, it
used to be called "Me in Comic Books". Before 2004, "Me in the Marvel
Universe". That is to say, I've already made improvements.

True true. And "SW09" would make a pretty distinctive tags.

Heh heh heh.
Hmmm... The thing is, I'm not sure what the Big Idea of the world is yet.
Or if there is one.

Hmmm. That's kind of like asking what the Big Idea of the Marvel
Universe is.
In comic-book tradition, I use any sort of outlandish plot elements I
feel like. The superhumans are the central concept, but they
sometimes have trouble keeping up with everything else that can
happen. For instance...
Rght now I'm *apparently* setting up a two or three-way conflict
between the Russian military, an alien swarm, and an ultra-powerful
extra-dimensional force. But at any time I could throw in elves, time
travel, Satanists, talking ducks, or whatever y'all say the next High
Concept should be. If nothing else, I get some fun plot twists.
Maybe I should make "Help Me Write This Story" my Big Idea.

Hmmmmm, I see. So it's just fun superheroics, fair 'nuff!
Can't think of anything better than SW09 at this point, then. Maybe after
I read more...
