EWRs: Epiphanies While Reading?

Keats-on-Homer is a famous prototype for literary descriptions
of literary peak-experiences. Ideally, these should describe
the time and place where the reader experienced their
epiphany-while-reading (EWR). But at the less-ideal end of
that spectrum, we also have casual assertions that some great
literary work shook a reader to their core...
