Scientific reasoning works only with measurements: only
when we have a number and a unit. Thus, topics for which
we have no measurements, scientific investigation is not
useful. No math, no science. When we do have
measurements, scientific reasoning cannot be ignored.

Gah, I read those two backwards, and thought it was found west of the
Anduin, and not east (hence my ent- and Gondor-focused questions).

Since this is, I agree, in Ithilien, I guess my answer to Hrafn also
answers this . . .

Not so long as all that -- we have a winner! :-D Congratulations!
I was so sure that the game would be out before the tenth question
once you had it pinned down on the eastern side of the Anduin, but
then you got lost in Ithilien ;-)
I did hope that someone would ask if it was in a forest -- it stands
within Mirkwood and yet it stands alone, so that would have been a
'both yes and no' answer to confuse people . . .
