FS: Original Rackham watercolor/pencil

From private collector. Rackham, Arthur. An original watercolor and pencil
Drawing. 9-3/4" x 6-1/4". Framed and glazed with overall dimensions 16-1/2"
x 13-3/4". Depicts a gnarled humanoid tree leaning on a cane conversing (/)
with a small birdlike creature who carries a furled umbrella. Signed with
initials. A choice example of the delightful grotesque style which won
Rackham his fame. This illustration was reproduces in Eleanor Farjeon's
article "Arthur Rackham: The Wizard at Home" in St. Nicholas Magazine,
March 1914 issue. JPEG is available upon request.
