the order within 5 days of receipt by same or equivalent shipping method,
and as good or better packing. I will credit the material upon receipt
of order in original condition. Return costs will be responsibilty of
sender.
I will hold material for the first interested party for 10 days upon
notification of intent to purchase by e-mail after which time it will
be made available to the next party.
Prices are net in $US* and payable by International Postal Money Order
only, sorry no C.O.D or cheques (please make out to John Warren). Books
will be shipped in most cases, when funds are received. Please indicate
any preferences in shipping and note that shipping and handling costs are
not included in book price.
