later separation damaged the sheets. However, a small portion of
the print area of only 6 plates has been damaged: plates <a

have closed horizonal tears into the print area; and a small

inch of the margin of plate 135 is on 136. The original wrapper
are missing and the book was neatly rebound in simple brown cloth
