and the expiration date in another, along with what you wish
to order and your shipping address. (Domestic shipping is by
UPS, so please send a street address, not a P.O. Box number.)

If you plan to pay by check, please let us know so we can hold
the book and calculate shipping.

Shipping is calculated by weight and distance. For average
hardcovers or large trade paperbacks, it is roughly $4.00 for
the first book and $0.50 per book thereafter. International
shipping varies, so we quote that on a per-order basis.
