Mail: $4.50 for the first book, $1.50 for each additional book.
Foreign orders are billed at cost -- please specify surface or
air delivery. (Massachusetts residents will be charged 5% sales

Orders will be held ten days for payment. Books will be shipped
upon receipt of your check (in U.S. dollar funds, payable on a
