ISO NYC portrait artist

Anyone familiar with an excellent portrait artist in NYC? My plans to get a
tat have been in the works for a while and since then I have been doing some
serious research. Being my first I would like it to be outstanding so that it
may lead me to get another. Above all, a sterile environment is what I seek.
Second to that an artist with a lot of experience under his belt.
I've noticed a lot of nice work from "Rising Dragon" in NYC but am open to
suggestions!

Omi,(aaaame) is the best ive seen in awhile. He works at Tattoo Seen in the
Bronx. I work there as a piercer, just so you know, and im not that im trying
to sell him. He is a guest artist, so try to get in soon. I hope to get under
his gun, but being a co-worker I tend to get bumped for his walk ins. Im
waiting though....
