has some books of poetry with absolutley adorable child like fairies in them.

I assume you're asking because you're going to get a fairy tattoo.
instead of getting someone else's fairy tattoo, why not design one
yourself, or get the tattoo artist to do so? I'm not even sure if there's
such a thing as an "anime fairy" (I know dip about anime) and I don't know
what you mean by a "cute" fairy (cartoon-like?). but as for inspiration
for fairy designs, you can't go past any book on the subject by Brian
Froud and/or Alan Lee. more wonderful fairy art than you could imagine.
like 'Faeries', for an obvious example. or 'Lady Cottington's Book of
Pressed Fairies' - you can't get much cuter than a fairy squashed between
the pages of a book. if you can't bear to set foot in a bookshop or
library, I bet if you type those guys' names, 'fairy' or 'faerie' into a
tattoo, you might get a big surprise. there are many, many fairy/faerie
sites on the web.
and if you're really set on only using anime, "cute" or other people's
designs as inspiration/your design, can't do anything for you.

Maybe try some Anime books or films? Probably any character you like
could have wings added to it to make it a fairy. "The Faerie Book" is
another good source, though not really the style you are talking
about.
Online is not the best place to find images and/or flash.

Grab a comic book called Bondage Fairies and just take off the cuffs and ropes or
leave them on whatever your liking is. They are cute though especially when they
are kneeling like good lil fairies.
If this doesn't work follow standard protocol and talk to your tattoo artist most
of us have fairy flash or can draw damn near any fairy you want, even one in
bondage.
