Hi ya'll. I'm in the SF area, and know about 3 tat. places. Tuttle's,
Tattoo City, and Drastic Changes. In your opinion, who does the best detail/
color work?? I'm going for #4, a dragon. I think I'll be getting a Western
dragon, since I'm not too crazy about the Oriental dragon's head. Also, do
you know of any good art books that illustrate dragons? Any help is appreciated!
