looking for large bottles of Pelican ink

hey RABbits,

it's been like a decade since I posted in rec.arts.bodyart.

my brother in law's a tattoo artist and has been lamenting that he
can't get pelican ink in large bottles - just the small ones that cost
a small fortune. Just wondering if anyone has any insight on how
Canucks in Ottawa might be able to get their hands on some.
