I don't know specifically about those pearl pigments, but here in the US we can get some cool pearl
pigments from our local art supply shops.

Goes by the brand name Pearl Ex, from Jacquard Products:

It's available in a number of different colors, including the obvious Pearl White, interference
colors, and some pretty cool two-tone pearls.

The micro-pearl white is especially nice.

Check out your local artist supply stores... they might have some.
