It is from Transformers Zone OAV which you can pick up on DVD here.

Its not a crappy bootleg copy, it's a quality bootleg copy.
And the bunny is a selling point.

Nice way to defend your copy! ^_^

I just never thought this was done before. Too bad Rhino doesn't seem
to be interested in picking it up stateside though (besides the domestic
TV series and the movie they otherwise released previously). I'd kinda
like to see them do so just so I can have a DVD of "Transformer Victory"
(it'll replace my crappy bootleg copy of some episodes). ^_^

Heh, that was too easy! I just never knew this existed before. I'be
been out of the Transformer loop for the longest time, yet I was
surpirsed when I found out some years ago of there being Japanese-only
anime based on it that was never brought over (besides the more recent
entries).

Damn right, plus I would buy a legit version if it was available.

Actually Rhino has "plans" to do Headmaster after they are done
with Season 3. I really want Masterforce cause of Minerva chan.

Too bad it looks like I've missed the boat on this auction though. I
personally hate these "buy it now" options eBay likes to do these days.
It's about as worse as finding that one copy of a particular movie at
any store, and having to hide it somewhere so knowone will get it (I've
been doing this lately like any fanboy would do). Can't say if I'll
ever get a decent copy like you have Ethan. I'll have to put up with
crappy bootlegs as usual, like the ones of "Battle of the Planets" i've
been DivXing for someone to put online soon.

Otherwise, I don't have the wad right now to buy that disc as I've spent
rather a huge sum of money on this item from an earlier auction...

Thank you, by the way Season 3 Part 1 comes out on DVD today meaning

I love buy it now. That guy usually relists his stuff every week with
new copies of the same shows.

I do too sometimes, but only if it's the only thing the seller seems to
have than if he had a dozen or more copies of the same thing. When I do
pay for my auctions, I use the snail-mail method of check or money order
to send since I don't have the need or the courage to use Paypal just
yet.

Thanks! At least someone admires my aspirations for becoming an
animator! I only wish I had the disc to put on the desk though to draw
with, I'll have to get that later. These desks are quite expensive to
get on their own though, and the more fancier types go for somewhere
over $500 at times. The desk I bought usually goes for a little over
$200 through some places I spot it at.

I still have yet to recieve the desk and I hope that it'll come to me
hopefully soon! (It's been rare for me to get cheated in these eBay
deals).

Why are you afraid to use Paypal?

I wish I could draw, but I can't. I tried to learn, but I don't understand
perspective or some such. It is really the world's loss, because now they
will never get too see the sexy ideas that drift in my head.

I have only been cheated on Ebay once.

Well, more of a fear of doing transactions through the internet, which
is brought up by my rather concerned mom who believes everything she
hears on the news to believe that the internet is evil and that it's
filled with low-lifes that would be on it just to find "friends".

I've been doing it one step at a time, and I've already been using my
credit card to buy things online, but Paypal seems like a new avenue I
haven't crossed yet. So I'm taking my time on this and try not to get
too overboard on it.

>I wish I could draw, but I can't.

Geez, and I keep thinking of how bad my younger brother's art used to be
in grade school, now I noticed he is about as good as me, yet my sister
draws very badly anyway, and my older brother just never got into it at
all. I tend to think I come from a family of artists or writers, as we
seem to have a gift for that, though my writing probably needs the help
of an editor anyway! (used to get high marks in Language Arts classes)
I sometimes like to think I am in some way related to the late Harvey
Kurtzman because his last name is the same as my mom's maiden name, but
she thinks he was Jewish and might not be related at all (though my mom
oddly has never even heard of him, or the work he has done in the past,
such as for Mad Magazine).

>I tried to learn, but I don't understand perspective

If it's one weakness I have, it's nailing down the human anatomy. I've
taken a figure drawing class arleady that was offered by the Toledo
Musuem of Art, yet I still had that nervous and jittered fright over
drawing a nude female model (don't we all?), so I mostly drew from the
back of the class instead of the front, which I shouldn't have done, but
I was still so young then! I've gotten quite good at it in recent
years, but I still have to work on things like detailing or textures
(cross-hatching tends to be very tedious in pen & ink drawings).

Well good news, it came today! Though not all in one piece, so I'll
still have to put it together one of these days. I just don't want to
do it now and have my brother or someone else see it and get confused
over the hole in the middle of it, and goes asking me why I paid $130
for it. I'd rather wait till I can get the disc and the other supplies
before I go make a fool of myself this way!

When I worked for Best Buy cashiers would steal credit card numbers
from customers who shopped in the store. We had to fire and charge
4 or 5 of them. It can happen just as easily in a brick and mortar store
as online.

Don't mind if I interject; I'm insanely curious to see what your art
looks like too, Chris. Wanna swap? I'll send you a bit of what I've done
(not fantastic; my "realistic" figure drawing isn't great, hence neither
is my manga-style art) if you'd like.

Didn't know that. Glad I don't shopt there much!

You know I don't remember now! I don't think she was one anyway, just a
typical chubby type that seems to do these things anyway. I hadly ever
got a stacked chick to come to the studio for those things. One of my
friends once told me the best nude model to draw is one that is very
weak, thin and starving, like a homeless individual, as they're much
challenging to draw the body with all the boney protrusions and such.

Thanks, I would've sent more, but most of my drawings were rather large
anyway to preserve the quality of the scans I have of them, so I could
only send a small sample I thought would be worth it. If you like more
I can do that later.

Yeah that's true, it is so easy to get ripped off anywhere. Hell it's
actually easier to get ripped off offline at a brink and morter store by
a clerk than it is over the internet buying at the same chain. At least
over the net your credit card info is encrypted.

As long as you shop at well known online stores you're probably very
safe, though being ripped off by a one person fly-by-night is possible,
but most people should know who to trust online by now.

I *have* heard of more people being ripped off on Ebay lately though,
but that just means you have to do some research on the person doing the
selling first. That's the thing people often forget to do. I bought
computer parts quite a while back, and I could have been ripped off, but
I was careful about who on there I bought from. Just use some common
sense and Ebay is perfectly safe.
