Maddie Blaustein, RIP

A friend just told me the horrible news. Maddie Blaustein has passed
away.

Maddie had done many voices in 4Kids anime dubs. She was most famous as the
voice of Meowth in "Pokemon". I believe over the course of that series she
underwent a sex change procedure, starting out listed as Adam Blaustein and
then Addie and finally Madeline/Maddie. She had answered many questions about
the dub over at serebiiforums.com. But she died last week all too young, at
just 48.

48 is *way* too young for "died in her sleep"; at least it was
peaceful . . .
