Teletoon Now on iTunes

Teletoon’s tween-targeted and adult-orientated programming, known as
Teletoon and Teletoon Detour launch on the iTunes Store in Canada.

iTunes customers can now purchase and download episodes from the most
recent series of the tween comedies 6TEEN, Total Drama Island and
Total Drama Action.

To mark the launch, Teletoon is making one episode from each series
available to iTunes customers as a free download. For teen and adult
fans, Teletoon Detour offers animated content suitable for more mature
audiences with shows including Life’s a Zoo and Rick and Steve: The
Happiest Gay Couple in All The World. One episode from each series
will also be offered as a free download.

“This is a great opportunity for the Teletoon audiences as well as our
production and promotional partners.” said Len Cochrane, President,
Teletoon Canada. “Making programming available on iTunes opens up new
possibilities and is part of the Teletoon commitment to provide
animated content to audiences where and when they want it.”

The launch of Teletoon and Teletoon Detour programming on iTunes forms
part of Teletoon’s integrated strategy to provide animated content to
Canadian viewers across multiple platforms, adding to the Teletoon
content already available through On Demand, on Mobile TV and the
teletoon.com video player.

Available in both English and French in 7.7million Canadian homes,
Teletoon brings kids, youth and adults the best in animated
entertainment. Teletoon is also available on teletoon.com, On Demand
and on Mobile TV. Founded in 1997, Teletoon Canada inc. is owned by
Astral Media Inc. (50%), and Corus Entertainment Inc. (50%)
