[Q] Lighting for Marine Tank

I recently purchased two bulbs for my fish only marine tank. One bulb is
a super actinic (Phillips TL40/03 420NM 3000H). I am pretty sure this one
is ok for marine tank. The other bulb is a daylight (Phillips F40D
6300K 76CRI). Has anyone used this bulb? Is it ok to use for a marine tank?
Is this lighting sufficient to add live rock?
