If you're buying new, I always say set your budget up front an buy as
big as you can afford.

My first few tanks were used though and you can absolutely get a great
buy that way. People who have a tank and don't want it REALLY want to
get rid of them - the bigger the tank, the truer that is, so the better
the deal is usually. YMMV.

Check your town paper's classifieds as well as the classified magazines
like Tradin Times that cover your locale. If you shop eBay, I'd still
recommend shopping only around your area.

And *of course* test fill any used tank *outside* when you get it home!
