Speakers: -
Martin Moe Jnr. author of "The Marine Aquarium Reference - Systems and
Invertebrates" and the renowned "Marine Aquarium Handbook - Beginner to
Breeder" which has sold over 165,000 copies worldwide. He is a marine
scientist, and an accomplished breederwith over 30 species of marine
fish reared. He was the first person to commercially breed marine
clownfish and the Atlantic angelfish.

The Monaco Aquarium, host to over one million visitors annually, houses
90 aquariums. Many of the reef 'mesocosms' are created with Dr Jean
Jaubert, of the University of Nice, employing his renowned method of
using 'plenum'. Since 1989, Monaco Aquarium have created a number of
reef exhibits representing Red Sea, Carribean, Indian Ocean and Pacific
regions. Over 70 species of hard corals plus numerous soft corals have
been cultivated here using pioneering techniques.
Dr Dieter Brockmann has over 30 years experience in the hobby. He
specialises in the care and reproduction of stony corals, and the
biology and chemistry of aquarium systems. He lectures regularly, and
has authored numerous articles in German and US magazines. He is the
science editor for the leading German magazine "das Aquarium", as well
as for the "Modern Coral Reef Aquarium" series by Fossa & Nilsen. He
dives frequently in the coral seas to study reef inhabitants and is a
member of the "International Society for Reef Studies"
