I'VE CHANGED THE LINK SO I COULD ADD MORE PICTURES:
http://www.scubadiving.com/members/photogalleries.php?s=1107

No, it's not an anemone. At least I've never see one like this. It's about
1.5in.long and 3/4in. in height (lying on it's side as in the picture). This
morning I looked all over the tank for it (180GAL) and can't find it
anywhere now. I figured it wouldn't move, but guess it did somehow. I would
describe it looking like a shrimps body (without a head and tail - one end
is tapered and gets fatter as it moves to the other end.) that is very
smooth and has rings around it going up the body from one end to the other
(like some caterpillars) and then has some type of hair-like extensions
coming out it's back side for the entire length of the body.

Last night I took a few more pictures other than the one I posted. I've
posted those as well (some are not as good). I would have liked to get a few
more today from another angle, but it has moved somewhere and I can't find
it.

I think its a polycheate. It "looks" like an Arenicola (lug worm) but a
really strange tropical one.

Try:http://biodiversity.uno.edu/~worms/docs/schmarda.html

Also Dr. Ron Schimek (sp?) at reefcentral for an id. He'll know.

Are these commonly found in reef tanks? I do some research on lug worms
soon, but in the meantime is it harmful in my tank?

Thanks
