Advice For First Marine tank?

Have a ten gallon tank that is just sitting around... thinking of using it to
set up for a marine tank, see how it goes... advice?

10 gallon is very small for a marine tank. It's a lot smaller than the
recommended size for a marine setup (remember - marine fish demand even
more precise water parameter stability than freshwater).

Anyway, I'd ask again on rec.aquaria.marine, if I were you.

buy good filters(bio,mech,protein skimmer) and go very slow
