An antique golden salon, style "Louis the Fourteenth" – Italian –
French gold, it is from beginning of the twentieth century. It was
specially made in Italy for one of the Egyptian Ministers in this era
called "Khedawi Tawfik Era". The minister was called "Mousa Pasha
Katawi" as the initials (M.K.) were printed on all the salon parts
which are the first initials of "Mousa Katawi". Then it was sold to
"Riyad Pasha Shehata" ((the private photographer of "King Fouad" then
"King Farouk")). Then he gave it as a present to his daughter "Mrs.
Thorayia Riyad Shehata", then her son and he still possesses it up
till now in a good state. The salon consists of a sofa, two arm
chairs, six chairs and three tables.
