Help with contemporary art glass

pontil, ground stopper. It's signed Eickhoff 1986. My assumption is
that 1986 is the year it was made, so it's far from antique. Does
anyone know who Eickhoff the glass blower is/was, and where he/she
worked? I'll get some pictures when I have some natural lighting. The
original owner did lots of shopping in NYC, San Francisco, the US
Southwest, London, and Paris, as well as other parts of Europe, so it
could have come from about anywhere. My google searches didn't turn up
anything useful.

Looks to me like it's a German fashion store (perhaps our equivalent
of a pre-2000 Rodeo Drive establishment). Dusseldorf, it seems.

example they have
is dated 1982, thus they know Eickhoff was active at that time. On
these short little listings in this book, they just go with what
they've got. OK, back to the quote.)

for Robert Eickholt. You'll find lots of sites selling his art glass. I have
several pieces of his work and met him at an arts festival in South Florida
a few months ago.
He opened his studio in 1978, so your piece could certainly have been made
by him. Hope this helps.

Thank you Chuck, you nailed it! What the way the "L" looped into the
"T' to form the cross is what made me think it was double F's. It was
pretty quick to find several examples of his signature online and it's
a match. I appreciate the help.
