If you like it and want to keep it, then re-upholster it, otherwise sell
it as it is since the buyer will probably not like your choice of
fabric. It seems to be a mixture of styles, but quite well made.

Because of the cost and nuisance of re-upholstering, you'll be lucky
to clear $25 for the chair in "as is" condition. Even when they were
in good shape, I always found chairs like this one a hard sell.
