info on estate items needed

my mother has inherited a number of items from an estate. i'm a novice,
but can anyone shed any light on the following items for me?

Oil on Canvas, by R. Lester, landscape, California circa, 1940 gold leaf
frame 30" x 24"
12" diameter Imari charger on stand, not signed, circa 1900, excellent
condition, scalloped edge
four drawer mahogany chest, chippendale, bracket feet "kettinger"
williamsburg collection, brass bat wing hardware
limoge porcelain box
hand made fine reproduction of windsor chair, elgin simonds co., NY
Mahogany "Seth Thomas" quarter hour repeater clock
Oil on canvas, landscape, signed lower right, Jaorie Atkins, 28" x 21-
1/2"
1881 Rogers Glerose teapot
twelve - six piece, place settings from Noritake "olympia" collection,
seventy eight total pieces - excellent condition
Holmes and edward silver plated flatware, with chest, american, seventy
five total pieces.
six sterling silver coasters, american circa 1950, with gadrooning eight
sterling silver coasters slightly smaller
two sterling silver compotes by international, beaded trim, weighted base.

pair of pitchers, signed "Lefton" applied enamel fruit
water color, inlet scene, signed lower right "M. Gionnii", 19-1/2 x 13-
