Finding facts about the artist and painting

Hi,

I'm looking to find more about an artist that signs R. Weaver and
paints oil on canvas. Anyone can give me a tip where I can find such
information ?

The painting is very big( tall 30+ wide 40+), very nice technique and
colors.

There are three R. Weavers, and you can see if it looks like one of
their work. If not, it may be hard. Knowing subject and style helps.
Photo helps more. Date, too, if you can tell anything from something
like a framer's label.

I couldn't match the style, besides some images were not present for
two contemporan artist (R. Weaver) - one those I think is the one I'm
looking for - the painting is not very very old.

If you can tell more mlet me know. I will try to see an appraiser to
