I am trying to stabilise a flaking reverse
painting on glass on an American clock tablet. I
believe that a product called Wil-Bond is helpful
in softening lifted sections of painting to
enable them to be re-bonded to the glass. I am
looking for na supplier of this product,
preferably in the UK. Can anyone help please?

This sounds llike a very tricky job. I assume from the earlier post that you
are located in Britain : if so, why not ring the V&A in London and speak to
one of their experts. They may either suggest something you could use or, if
they think that it is a job for a specialist, give you the name of someone
who could help.
