Still looking for Hickok 121 Cardmatic cal card

Even Alan Douglas has no idea where I can get a calibration card scan
for a Hickok 121 Cardmatic. He says that the 121 was not a common
model. I'd like to get a scan of the cal card so I can make a card
and calibrate the tester. I have the instructions; just need to know
what the card looks like. Any help is appreciated. Again, I don't
need the card itself, just a scan so I can make my own card. Regards,

Forgot to mention I have lots of good 121 Cardmatic data I could scan
for a trade for the calibration card scan. I would also like to get
scans of some of the popular 2-digit radio tubes. I have the original
121 manual, factory data for punching many newer tube types, factory
circuit modifications to protect the tester from shorted tubes,
additional factory calibration instructions, etc. Can we do a trade?
