I have a Ward's Airline 94BR-1526B in ivory. The plastic under the ivory is
brown, so some chips and scratches acquired over the years give this radio a
dalmation look. I'd like to paint it, if possible. Some questions though,
for any of you who might have done this. Did you do any sanding first? How
did you clean it prior to painting? What brand name of paint did you use
(all I seem to be able to find is Rustoleum, which doesn't specify plastic as
one of the surfaces it's good on). How did it turn out? Any other
suggestions..?
Lots of questions, I know. I checked the FAQ and didn't see anything on this.
If I've missed it, feel free to point me in the right direction. Thanks,
Peter
