50C5 audio output tube.

For the common AA5 chassis, Radio-Daze sells the RDX-300 replacement
audio transformer that works just fine in 90% of AA5's. Some spec
dweeb might point out it doesn't quite match the original impedance
specs but this is the "right" replacement part by any real-world
measure.

I can't emphasize enough how wonderful it is that Radio Daze sells the
RDX-300. Even though they spec it as being for the AA5, lots of small
tube ham and shortwave and phono players used this generally similar
style/size/rating of transformer and it is so much the right match for
the vast majority of small audio output transformers.

Hammond HX125J and/or HX125H work well for the occasional radio that
uses a physically larger transformer, and these have multiple
impedance windings if you care about matching some impedance spec
closely.
