These ALL need the crank and the hook. The originals are pot metal. You
fix them with epoxy... or JB weld. it works great.
There are about 15 Guild radios, all made from 1954 or so thru 1964 or so in
California... not exactly sure. One of our MARC members met the guy who
did it years ago, and knows all about the company. Some movie star was
involved too...

No, they all have broken/slipping dial cords from kids cranking the crank
too far :-)

I was going to offer to cast a repro for you, using my Belle as the model.
Then I remembered I sold it to Brenda Ann (I think) a year or two ago.
