anyone recognize a Setchell Carlson model 7B ---

Model 7B, 110 volts, 60 watt input, serial 548, 60 cycles, 7 watt output,
and it says Setchell Carlson, Inc, St Paul Minnesota
he didn't provide a tube lineup or any interior photos.
