19th C. Victorian Oil Painting of Two Ladies Having A Picnic

This lovely oil painting on canvas is of two Victorian ladies, one with parasol in hand. The painting is a very fine work of art, it is turn of the century, and is signed lower left, see photo of signature. I can not figure out the signature. The artist used incredible detail here, not only in the choice of palette colors, but the detail of the subject matter, capturing the expressions on the women's faces so well! The photos of this painting do not do it justice, it is more vibrant in person but subdued as well. This painting was part of a quality estate of a long time native of Seal Beach, California. She had many fine works of art which have been sold right here.
