Well it arrived and it's great. If only I was 1/4 as good a player as
this tzoura is an instrument.
The difference in sound of a "real" instrument can be subtly
different, or dificult to describe the actul difference, but it's
pretty hard to miss I think..
I really need to move on with my playing thouht to do this justice. I
pretty much paly the bottom 2 strings, except for strumming all the
strings for a D chord.. I can pick up the melody ok, but I have real
trouble with the rest, so you can see how I'm limiting my playing
cause of this. For instance I can play Mavria matia / Alaniaris /
Markos hpourgos (the singing part)
Any simple advice that I could use to get a better understanding ?
For instance is sturmming the open strings instead of D or the A on
the bottom string & the open 2nd string instead of the notes a good
"habit" (I imagine it wont be this "consistent")
