Hi, folks --

We are considering making some changes to the way filters are
implemented in the generic3 module. These changes, we hope, will
result in much nicer-looking URLs, and will allow us to transition the
filtering interface to a more accessible & semantic method than the
one currently in place.

As we talk through our plan, we are coming to the realization that it
may not be possible to implement these changes without breaking
backwards compatibility with custom filter displayer classes you've
implemented.

So, here's my question: does your Reason instance have any custom
filter displayers used with generic3-based modules? Or are you only
using the built-in filter displayers that come with Reason?

Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,

Our spotlight module looks like it using some custom filter displayers. We could change this out if need be.

Thanks.
