You must have heard about the trough. I wonder if we could use Ryan's concrete enclosure idea to chain something interactive to the trough. paul had a great idea about a gnome that would squak when removed. I am thinking of putting a non invasive lockable loop round it's underbelly as i want to install some cheap/'disposable if nicked' solar garden lights. nickable gnome could be attached to that. I'm investigating cctv capture to keep an eye on it-best we could do is shame anyone that fucks with it.
