Hello,
NB to Reactor, OO and MVC.
In the Reactor documentation under Getting Started it says to
Getting Started
Download Reactor and configure a mapping named “/Reactor” which points
to the “Reactor” directory. The reactorFactory.cfc file should be in
the root of the “/Reactor” mapping.
What sort of mapping? in IIS?

No, in ColdFusion.

Easiest way is to create it in your Application.cfc.
