Clearly not much going on here... Nothing posted in over a year.

But... RDV provides v1.9 on the download page here:
http://code.google.com/p/rdv/

But there is a 2.2 version here:
http://nees.org/resources/rdv

But that site links to the Google Code site as the definitive source
for RDV.

Which version is newest? What is the relationship between the NEES and
Google Code versions?

In recent months we have developed the newer 2.2 version of RDV using the code base that was maintained by the NEES IT group after Jason stopped maintaining it. I have updated the NEEShub site with the newer version and was planning on updating the RDV google code site including the wiki in the next few days.  Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.  May I ask what your interest in RDV is?
