Hi Everyone,

Well there is a hint of winter in Colorado. My first clue is the 8 inches of snow we got last weekend. So I’m sitting here not able to fly and thinking about all the great F3J models we do get to fly, most of them our US team will fly next summer in France. I’m thinking about our great US team sponsors, Maple Leaf Designs, Kennedy Composites, SoaringUSA, Airtronics and many private sponsors. I hope you all are thinking about supporting the US team again  - we can’t get there without you! The team raffle is great (with more to be added soon!) We have the pipeline filled with shirts, and they are going out to those folks already ordered, but if you haven’t gotten one or your raffle tickets check it out at: http://www.usf3jteam.com/

Thanks for the bandwidth

Mike

"our US team will fly next summer in France" I'm confused - the web site says you're competing in Turkey.

Cody has not yet completed the web site updates.  Mike keeps beating on him.  Now that someone noticed he will be more motivated to get it done… J

Hi Jim,

We have carried over the outstanding web site the 2008 team used developed by Jim Monaco and there are a couple of Turkey references left to update.

No doubt - it is Tavaux France!

Is Cody In college?
He is probably staying up late chasing girls, just getting his work done, and having fun.
then he will get to the web site.  hell I wish I was back in college again.
oh and he will fly 2 to 3 times a week.
An still kick  most of our asses at the next contest!
I am sure he will get it done soon.
Relax

I don't! The only time I gave up model airplanes
since I was 6 years old was the time I quit my
job and went back to finish the last two years to
get my degree. By that time, I knew why I was in
college and didn't have the time or money for
models. I was a freshman in 1950 and finally
graduated in 1962. Of course there was an 8 year
break for 5 years in the AF and two and a half
years working at McDonnell Aircraft.

Not by the time I was back in college for the last two years. She was
working and supporting me.

Ok

I guess I need to step in and stick up for one of MY pilots J

Cody is in college, working and definitely not spending enough time flying, but everything that pulls at his attention is a very noble endeavor I can assure everyone.

So I’m the one who missed the Turkeys in the web-site!
