Hey everybody,

Just wanted to thank everybody again for the great time this weekend. It seems like the general consensus is that everybody would be up for another Railscamp. So we'll keep the groups updated for the next one we plan.

In the mean time, I think it would be good to share everybody's Twitter name (if you're on Twitter).

I feel bad i had to leave early and miss it.
But I felt worse the reason why! Ever tried to replace a hard drive
in an imac?!
My system's just about rebuilt now. Not the weekend i'd planned but
that's life I guess.

Best,

Indeed, was a fantastic weekend. Thanks again to Brian, Nick,
Thoughtbot, Zendesk, and everyone who rocked up and was a part of it.
Can't wait to hear details on future rails camps (even if I can't make
it over for them).

Oh, and as for twitter, I'm @pat.

Cheers

Cheers to everyone who made it such a fun weekend, particularly Pat
and Brian for doing all the scheduling / setup work. I had a lot of
fun, even though I didn't get much actual 'work' done ;-). Learned a
lot, met a lot of smart people, and came away inspired (albeit tired).
We should do another one soon(-ish).

I'm @zapnap on Twitter.

Thanks to everyone for generously sharing their knowledge and ideas.  I'd certainly be ready to attend another event like that.

Thanks Brian, Pat and everyone else involved.

There is no question, I'd be down for another .... one every 6 months
seems appealing in fact! :)

yooooooooooooooooooo railscamp

I had a blast, thanks for the beautifully serene canoeing, the rocking firepit, uber leet hacking, and the sleep-deprived whiskey-infused twitch-FPSing.

Very genuinely, thanks to all the organizers who pulled this off, and all the campers who made it such a great time.  I really unwound and had a great time.

I would 100% be down for a #RailsSkiLodgeCampNE

Thanks for putting this weekend together guys. It was great meeting everybody. I had a blast and I'm definitely in for the next one. My suggestion is that If we do it in the winter don't wear fur, that's a very werewolf-like tendency.

Max thanks to the organizers and everyone involved! I'll definitely
make my way to another, via dogsled or whatever travel mishap awaits.
I hope to see many of the same faces next time around.

Feeling energized and inspired: good food, good friends, good times
and even a little Rails thrown in. Thanks to all for participating,

<insert variation of the awesome of railscamp here>

I'd also recommend everyone to check out their local Ruby user groups if you haven't already. Boston, NH, and Portland all were well represented this past weekend.

Boston:
  http://bostonrb.org/
meets every tuesday, with next meeting being a hackfest tonight: http://bostonrb.org/events/93

NH:
   http://nhruby.org/
meets every 3rd thursday (seems to be breaking until august)

Portland:
http:// ???? (couldn't find a working link. maybe needs some SEO expert's help?)
  unsure of when meets

Thanks, that would be awesome, except it looks like a Rails code base,
and I hear that Rails can't scale. Anyone have a good PHP framework?

Thanks!

Possibly also an extension cord and a power strip.

I lost my toothbrush :-( probably fell out of my pocket into the bedding.

I didn't see any mac bits. You could call them and see if the cleaning
crew found anything else later. Is anyone else missing anything?
